Stop Spending My Money on Unnecessary Things!

I don't know about others but to this date, I still can't configure the rationale of our country sending out our "astronaut" to the outerspace. I see no benefits out of it, at all. I mean, what does that have to do with making the country proud when other countries are sending their "astronauts" as well? The whole 'having our own 1st astronaut' thing really makes me sick. He didn't drive (or whatever the term is) the space ship, and that research thing they did out there, he only joined the group. It's not like he initiated on the project. HE IS NOT AN ASTRONAUT, HE IS JUST ANOTHER PASSENGER TO THE SPACE. Why is that so hard for people to see? All I can see was him jumping around like some retard and playing with those toys he bring along in the name of Malaysia (was it gasing?). Funny thing is that we are paying for the costs of sending this one person on a trip to the space. From the day he came back from the trip, I still have bills to be paid and I'm still struggling to find a good job. The traffic jam is killing me and the sub-prime mortgage crisis is holding the economy down. See? Nothing good on having our own astronaut, besides him laughing all the way to the bank (hey you went to the outerspace on people's money and now you have RM 1.2m just from telling your experience?). Damn.

School Timing Needs Rescheduling!

Yesterday I went to pick up my Form 1 sister from school. The session was supposed to end at 6.45 p.m. I let the time fly while observing on the surroundings. Then it hit me. If school time were to end at 6.30 p.m. (primary kids) and 6.45 p.m. (secondary kids), how long would it take for them to finally reach home? I mean, my sister were lucky that she got ride home, but what about others? Those who have to take on the bus or walk home? They probably going to reach home after the day has turned dark, especially on Fridays. Isn't this something that could contribute towards kidnapping?

I remember last time when I was in school, we had to stay back to finish our homework. I reached home at 7.30 p.m. that day. I was lucky because my mother picked me up from school but I can't help but pity those who has to walk or wait for the bus. They must had reached home late and hungry.

I think this issue should be discussed in the parliament and I beg them to consider on the children's safety. The kids are not in the working class to be going home late.
